The Board of Directors of OWWII is proposing the sale of Lot 1, Block 58, which is currently owned by the Association. If the sale is approved, the Board will list the property for sale and endeavor to complete a transaction on the most favorable terms that are practicably achievable. A conveyance of common property requires approval from at least 80% of the total voting power of the Association.
